Cash Back Details

Cash back rebates are paid only to you, the buyer, at close of escrow for the property you purchase.


Cash back rebates are funded from the prevailing "co-op" commission rate that are paid at closing by the Seller that are traditionally paid to the Buyer's broker/Realtor. The rebate is adjusted based on the price of the home and you are told upfront and in advance everything in the Good Faith Estimate documents and the HUD-1 forms. By law, ALL cash disbursements must be clearly stated.


Cash back rebates have always existed, however most realtors were reluctant to reduce their fees. We compiled a list of experienced, professional realtors in all areas, who will reduce their fees; if you 1) Do preliminary home search and 2) Are per-qualified for the loan amount. Fill in our contact form and we will help you for a small fee as part of your closing costs. Cash back rebates are paid to you at the closing of the purchased property.
